In Dry Fork is an unusual combination Petroglyph/Pictograph. For some time I gazed at it trying to discover a subject. Then it hit me, and so treating the top of the panel as North, I could not help but notice and wonder where in the key points would correlate to an Equinox or Solstice. It would seem this is in part its purpose.
This is the way it appears today, the second photo is how it appeared long ago before exactly one half of it faded due to exposure to the sun? Interesting. If anyone would care for additional information concerning the alignments, please ask.
As it appears Today
As it was In the Past
